Today, we’ll dive into some of the latest news that’s happening with the Cardano, or Ada, blockchain. We’re seeing Ada run pretty decently with it’s smart and innovative technology. As the Cardano network keeps on developing, we’re seeing a lot of new stuff happening with it. So let’s take a look at the latest Cardano Ada news and we’ll soon see what is new with Cardano Ada.
First off, on the 15th of November, Cardano pushed to the 2nd of the list, tailing Bitcoin. With 18.24 billion transactions in volume, Cardano has officially become the second most active blockchain in the last 24 hours. That means the cryptocurrency has pushed Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, and other cryptos of the sort behind. This, fortunately, proves that as the technology gets used, the coin will follow.
The data ultimately shows us that people are starting to recognize Cardano as the best network to be built on. This is a huge win for Ada at this point. And I believe we’re going to continue seeing this as more and more DeFi apps are built on top of Cardano. The decentralization of these apps and the flexibility that it brings people, as well as the speed and low cost, are going to be some of the huge win points we’ll hopefully see for Cardano.
Moving on, we saw Charles Hoskinson, the founder of Cardano, really excited as he talked about the roadmap for 2022. On November 12, he tweeted how the Cardano network seems to be getting bigger and stronger. He mentioned so many innovations are yet to meet the projects that are built on top of Cardano. Seeing the developers actively talk about the network and its possibilities only makes the whole concept more and more promising for the future.
The next thing we’ll look at today is that Cardano recently managed to hit a major milestone. It was tweeted on November 1 that Cardano was able to hit of whopping number of 2 million in registered wallets. Now, this may seem like a small number compared to some of the other wallets that are out there with Ethereum or Bitcoin. But what we’re missing out here is the pace, or how quickly the crypto jumped from 1 million to 2 million Ada wallets. It happened in less than a month!
This shows that the growth of Ada is at a huge growth curve right now. So this is an important time and we believe there’s no better time to get in along with Cardano. So here are 4 reasons why we think Cardano is better than Ethereum.
Lastly in our news segment today, over 80 students in Ghana started learning Haskell and started taking programming courses to begin learning how to build on blockchain technologies. This is an important piece of news because again, the more and more we educate new students coming up inside of technology, and blockchain in general but particularly Cardano, the better we’re going to see this go mainstream.
Microsoft were in a similar concept a lot of of years, where they were giving away their .NET framework to students, hoping to grow the next generation of users using the .NET framework. We’re seeing a similar pattern happening right now, where they’re training students particularly in the third-world countries, who have little means, to trade them the ability to build on top of this.
I believe this is the innovation that we’ll see in the coming future. We’ve long said if we build the tools, the network, and the platform in favor of aspiring entrepreneurs, then it will be the best of both worlds. The crypto world and entrepreneurship being two huge different worlds, it wouldn’t hurt to see the crossover of blockchain into entrepreneurship. And while we’re at it, here’s a guide on how to make passive income with Cardano.
So that concludes the news segment for today. We’re excited to be working on our own DeFi project, and it’s only even more motivating when we see Cardano progress well. Thank you for sticking with me to the very end. We hope this has been valuable information to your journey to skyrocketing with Ada.
