Today, we’ll look a little bit about what a Stake Pool is, why you should stake your Cardano Ada with SCEZ, and why we’re the best pool to be staking with. Staking cryptocurrencies is one the few ways to make passive income so we hope everyone reading this will take the opportunity and grow together with us.
Smart Contract EZ is a project that we’re launching right now. As part of this, we’ve stood up our own staking pool. This being the case, we’re trying to encourage as many people to get onto it and potentially grow the staking pool as fast as we can. In light of this, we’ll talk about what a stake pool is, why you should delegate with us, and how this can earn you a passive income.
There are two types of Stake Pools – Public and Private. A public stake pool is a Cardano network node with a public address that other users can delegate to and receive rewards. Private stake pools, on the other hand, will only deliver rewards to their owners. So SCEZ is a public stake pool. And we’re trying to get more people to come and join us so that we can all earn together.
These stake pools are run by a reliable operator. The operator is an individual or business that has the knowledge and resource to keep the node up and running on a constant basis. So anyone that do not want to run a Cardano node themselves can choose to delegate their Ada with us if you wish to participate in the protocol and receive rewards.
A stake pool’s chances of getting selected as a slot leader increases as more and more stake is delegated. And this is part of the reason that we really need to get everybody’s help so that we can get our nodes to earn us all more rewards.
So each time a stake pool is selected and produces and acceptable block to the blockchain, it is rewarded. These rewards are then shared among the stake pool operators, which is us, and the delegators, which is you if start staking with us.
Looking at the diagram above, each producer you see here is actually the ones that are producing the blocks on the node. These are never publicly accessible. Then, you set up the relay nodes. These relay nodes are then connected to the network.
Moving, the steps to finally stake with SCEZ is really easy. You can follow our in-depth guide on how to delegate your Cardano Ada, which will take you through the precise step-by-step stuff. But in short, here’s what you’ll have to do:
Again, you can follow this in-depth guide that will take you through the step-by-step process with explanatory images.
Make sure you guys delegate with us to be a part of this awesome up and coming community. This lets you passively earn Cardano and make passive income with barely your computer and an internet connection.
